thank additional details , apologies late response. have mentioned, performed basic troubleshooting matter resolve , still has no changes. suggest post matter our feedback hub so our engineers , developers will aware of matter. type feedback hub on search bar , hit enter. route windows store to download app. login microsoft account and post issue.
