Updating apps - Microsoft Community


i'm not able download or update apps store on device.it says there's problem microsoft account.what shall do?

hi,

regarding issue accessing microsoft account, have tried soft reset device?

try pressing power , volume down button simultaneously 15 seconds. remove grip once vibrates , wait phone finish restarting.

message if still can't download or update apps after that.
