Web Service Preview message "You have no right." when trying - Microsoft Community


when accessing network video recorder (nvr) internet explorer 11 manage , view ip cameras, 60% of time ip cameras can not viewed although can still managed.  instead, when trying view ip cameras in web service preview tab, message "you have no right." displayed in each camera location.  to temporary fix problem, i've deleted webrec directory , allow the webplugin.exe file reload, upgraded adobe flash , because nothing tried fixed problem last time, refreshed laptop windows 8 , upgraded windows 10 again.  to test problem 1 laptop, i've used 2 other laptops.   1 of laptop has windows 10 internet explorer 11 , other, windows vista wth internet 10.

has experience problem , there permanent fix?  thanks...

this problem might caused compatibility issues between software , browser. there may files or settings needs reconfigured. suggest contacting software developer further assistance.
