Windows 10 Mobile - Can't sync contact from Live account - Microsoft Community

hi,

i got lumia 650 , have big problem peoples app.

on pc have contacts stored in app, when tried sync them phone, couldn't. when open account settings, can choose sync contacts gmail account, not live (the switch available email synchronization).

my live accout main account under have logged in phone.

any ideas on if there solution?

for main account on phone contacts , calendar sync default.

don't know did try them pc phone.

you email, calendar , contacts in online account. account contacts.

go https://people.live.com on pc , sign in account on phone.

if not showing on phone, soft reset.

a soft reset not lose data. pulling battery.
hold volume down button , power button down until phone vibrates, release. takes 10 seconds.  phone shutdown , restart. 

you phone contacts sync when email syncs. account sync bottom of email page
