Windows Lumia 640lte updates. - Microsoft Community


hi.

i've windows lumia 640 lte 6.65gb used out of 7.28 , on sd card 4.85gb used out of 29.7. phone has updates available-windows 10 mobile (10.0.14393.1066) needs 701.60mb of space download. however, there no apps can move sd card, system & reserved 3.23gb, can't touched, , apps & games 3.39gb, won't let me move sd card, they're microsoft corp ones,apart 6, such messenger, whatsapp, skype etc. question is, how update when there no space can free up? gratefully received.thanks

whatsapp conversations can backed sd card within app. can uninstall app temporarily. may able uninstall microsoft office apps word, excel , powerpoint. if makes enough space, can add after updating. whatsapp prompt restore backup during registration process.
