Email Notifications - Microsoft Community


hi, me pls.

my email notifications don't show on front screen whilst phone locked. i have lumia 930.

i uncategorised email settings in attempt fix , cant re group them. have 2 email accounts, 1 hotmail , 1 gmail.

your appreciated.

i've tried soft boot.

ideally dont want reset phone.

go settings>personalisation>lock screen , check whether outlook enabled in option "show notifications on lock screen for". let me know whether problem fixed?
