we want know more issue experiencing. please provide following information:

  • when did issue start?
  • have tried checking if there available application update store?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried?

in meantime, can perform soft reset refresh phone. method safe attempt , not remove files or data. this, press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. take note should not touch device screen during process.
