Language and region revert to locals, on Windows 10 Mobile / Lumia - Microsoft Community
live in austria, europe, settings on gear in english.
always, until windows phone 10 came. installed on nokia 1520 high hopes... , instead live life of frustration ever since.
can use settings -> time & language set language , region english (us) , respectively (i want use cortana, must set region well).
[ need restart phone after each change. why?!? ]
phone gets english/us , stays 1 minute, until goes stand-by , screen turns off.
after that, switches deutsch / Österreich. gradually: see instance "einstellungen" instead of "settings", still shows me "time & language". right now. open "language" setting and, lo! "deutsch"! (yet text around plain old english.) set again, , restart.
disabled localization. stopped lot of applications running in background. nothing helps.
there way fix this? somebody?...

based on information have provided on post, may need further investigation.
for assist better, we'd know os build installed on phone. check, go settings > system > about > more info.
we're looking forward response.
