Lumia 640LTE Dual-Sim bought from China can't get location in USA - Microsoft Community

windows 10 mobile  10.0.15063.332

this phone bought via microsoft store in china 1 , half years ago.

now in san francisco, can't location anymore, , phone signal poor.

i have reset phone now, still can't location. location survice on.

any 1 have idea?

how flash firmware?

i find there 3 kinds of firmwares in http://www.lumiafirmware.com, 1 "rm-1113 var apac cn cv", phone's original one, other "rm-1113 var apac hk cv"and "pwbassy rm-1113 ds light swap engine glo" .

i suspect there issule in it's location funtion, because time can't location in china.

how cost if repaired in store?

if location failing reflash won't change don't think sounds hardware problem if it's ariel issue not expensive fix can pick ariel few dollars if it's not problem it's impossible how cost have done reset on hard or soft reset? if latter try factory reset again sounds hardware problem rgds roy
