i have has phone 2 years , has been working till when search button stopped working, , start buttons work 40% of time it's worse because button not responding , start button responds after many attempts.

will highly appreciate help.

that ideal visit repair shop. however, have tried using windows device recovery tool on windows pc? lumia device updated?
