Missing pictures after backing up and then restoring phone after it - Microsoft Community

hi,

i had send 950xl in repair making loud siren noises earpiece during calls. backed phone 1 drive. after getting phone (issue still there) have connected 1 drive loads of pictures, important, missing! have looked using web browser on pc missing there well. why missing , common? whole microsoft phone experience has been nightmare far.
