No Restore Option on Lumia 640XL Reset - Microsoft Community


this last attempt make on board answer helps me. have posted @ least dozen times , never once received reply (that in , of miracle) of use @ whatsoever.

so here goes: have 640xl restore windows 10 backup have. appears way do hard reset. when reconfiguring phone, you're understand you're supposed restore option.

i have reset phone half dozen times , never option restore backup. never.

what should do?

the time restore offered after reset or use of recovery tool.

what did not work?  did expect restore option?

account looked @ on onedrive has same 1 on phone.
