Phone abnormally shuts down - Microsoft Community

hi microsoft,

i disappointed recent performance of windows phone [lumia 950xl]. phone gets shutdown on own , doesn't started  even on pressing of power button. in order switch on have remove , reinsert battery. after last update device has become highly unstable

apart hard/soft reset if microsoft has suggestion pls pls let me know.

apart abnormal shutdown of device had raised few questions earlier received answer formatting .

i request microsoft release patch fix these problems. pls let me know if more info required end please me in getting issue resolved.

better assist phone issue, please answer following questions:

• which os build version running on phone? check, go settings> system> about> more info.
• have tried hard reset?
