updating windows 10 insider preview - Microsoft Community


i'm using insider build cant seem update it. stuck on build 1497 every time  i check updates  from settings tab shows me device date. have tried  downloading newer build microsoft , updating  multiple time(using multiple versions on dvd, usb , file explorer) , stuck after first boot @ 37% progress  with error "0xc1900101 - 0x20017".
have tried uninstalling av,disabling startup apps, disabling bluetooth , wifi drivers.by still same.
d rather not reset computer or or clean install windows scratch.
there can still try??

sounds av problem me, please make sure have uninstalled , restart machine after uninstalling. may need use software av-vendor's site remove it.

as further precaution, remove sd-card , hardware not needed run os (external hd's, etc.)
