it took me 5 tries morning log microsoft community morning.

well,  other recent posts suggest you're running windows 10.

the answer edge, ie or other browser happen occasionally, perhaps more microsoft sites others. suspect cookie confusion.

the easy, non destructive workaround, me,  end process on processes of browser , try again fresh iexplore.exe or other browser process.

clearing cache , cookies help, has never been necessary me.
