Windows 10 Mobile - Apps not working - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have nokia 435, have updated windows 10 (10.0.14393.1198), , apps not open.

for example whatsapp not work lumia camera. stay on splash screen , displays loading...  have left load on night, still doesn't work. however, apps work such angry birds star wars, settings mail , edge.

i've tried re-install apps hard , soft re-setting phone.

since you're unable use applications after installing update, suggest use windows device recovery tool revert , install latest compatible update specific phone model. can download tool clicking here.

tool delete personal data , settings. highly encourage data following instructions provided on link.
