Build 16199 does not install - Microsoft Community


have hp notebook , build 16193 on fast ring. tried 5 times , got stuck on 99%. ran windows update trouble shoot, , stores trouble shoot, restarted , deleted files inside download folder in softwaredistribution. still not able upgrade build 16199. can upgrade it? must wait isos released? or other fix.

there several posts submitted relating problem, there not appear 1 of fix, below 1 of many other posts, suggest search /  read thru forum, 1 of suggestions may work you!!!!!!!!
