Internet Explorer / Internet Explorer 11 / Windows 7
using ie 11 sbcglobal (yahoo) email. can log mail see messages none of option buttons such reply, forward, delete, etc respond when clicked on. 2 other yahoo mail accounts have work fine in same browser. yahoo claims browser issue. if can access 2 other email accounts how browser issue?
i've logged onto email account work pc , same problem i'm thinking wrong particular email account. yahoo has been worthless support standpoint in getting resolved hoping can lead me in right direction.

web servers use sessionid maintain 'session' client browser.... session established when navigate website.... depending on how website has been programmed account information may associated session.
to open multiple yahoo or other email provider accounts @ same time need use file>new session option inprivate session.(tools>inprivate browsing), previous cookie data not reused on each new session.
you can use desktop mail client, such windows live mail or office outlook manage multiple email accounts across multiple email providers on windows 7.... if have outlook.com account, can configure outlook.com host yahoo email account(s).
