Having Problems to download apps from the store - Microsoft Community


resets phone 2 weeks now, couldn't allowed download , install apps store. whenever try to, keep asking me of personal information. , tried severally provide, keyboard fail show typing.

let's on work on providing following information:

  • what os build installed on phone? check, go setting > about > more info.
  • when experience issue phone keyboard not showing up?
  • are using browser update account?
