Headphone Jack Not Working on Windows Phone - Microsoft Community

hello!

my headphone jack on lumia 521 windows phone isn't working more.  plug headphones in, music comes out of speaker; when jiggle headphone plug, music start come through headphones phone pauses - annoying.  i've had phone 2-3 years & has started happening month.  i've read other posts happening on other lumia phones.  problem is, i'm not connected internet on phone don't think it's software or app problem - unless it's problem 1 of apps or software loaded on phone;  bought phone microsoft it's not at&t thing; , i've shut phone down, took out battery, put in battery, & restarted phone 3 times no avail.  have solution/workaround, or, if not, can point me in right direction send thing off fixed (much i'm going hate that) - , preferably fixed in us?  help! 

if it's old, have order headphone jack online , replace or buy new , better one.
