Lumia 640 4lte can't download software from Store and can't - Microsoft Community

this 640 windows phone, every thing ok till last month, since having trouble downloading/updating software windows store, shows in pending, sync outlook message shows error code "86000c09", did turn off of options in settings didn't help.

can me that?
