lumia520 windows 8.0 - Microsoft Community

dear sir/madam

i own lumia 520 windows 8.0 smart phone. unfortunately not following despite fact tried hard rest twice, not launch camera , capture screen shots, not connect wifi networks, saying not reach wifi network of source,it not recognised connect pc using usb cord, please me right solution because don't think of other solution throw toilet. please please, humbly await right solution.
