i have outlook 2010 sp2 (that connect 365) , office 2016(the same connect 365)

all time when open new mail or replay mail or add attachment mail stuck. , circle afew minuts hanging around and released

i need advice imported problem

first, i’d confirm whether issue occurs both outlook 2010 , outlook 2016 clients.

 

for issue outlook client hangs, please try following fix:

1. click file > info > account settings > account settings > double clicking office 365 email account, check if option “use cached exchange mode” ticked. if not, please check it.
2. upgrade office suites latest. please click file > office account > update options > update now.

 

meanwhile, please provide following information better understand situation:

1. configure office 365 account in other computer see if issue persists.
2. the detailed version of outlook 2016 client.
