Script error removal (amazonaws in Firefox) - Microsoft Community


script error coming : https://ubp-common-us-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/require/require.js   impossible desinstalle amazon assistant. have window7 , firefox. please me rid of persistant script error showing on desktop

amazon assistant activex control addon in ie..... such circumvents browsers' scripting error handling....

scripting error being caused ie's tracking protection, tools>tracking protection because amazon assistant tracking websites visiting.... try turning off ie's tracking protection (i don't recommend it)... tools>tracking protection menu.

or

go tools>manage addons>show addons.... located both amazon assistant, , amazon assistant link helper addons in list , make sure both enabled.

additionally, must have checked tools>internet options>advanced tab>"enable third-party browser extensions"

(close , restart ie full changes take affect)

i have been testing amazon assistant (i'm programmer) , find of little value/utility.... better off uninstalling (start>control panel>programs , features) , using website search products , sale items... if visit amazon assistant download page see lightly recommended other users...

honestly, really, , use website search, don't need browser addons... add amazon website address favorites or favorites bar instead.

visit amazon.com/forum assistance software products have installed on computer.
