Windows phone alarm sound not working - Microsoft Community


so have here lumia 535 windows 10. alarm sound not working. turn on sound notification settings, turn on ringer, change alarm sound loud sound. notifies alarm, should do? happened now. dont know do

hello,

regarding alarm concern, please following steps:

  1. soft reset phone pressing , holding volume down + power buttons until vibrates. after phone restarts, set new alarm test if issue got resolved.
  2. if issue persists after soft resetting phone, best if perform hard reset. clear issues you're experiencing device.

don't forget back stuff before hard resetting this clear data.

let know outcome after doing mentioned steps.
