Xbox Design Lab - Order Cancelled (not by me) - Microsoft Community

hi,

so ordered custom controller xbox design lab, used £45 microsoft credit , £25 paypal payment method.

i logged in show friend design , noticed order has been 'cancelled'.

i did not action have confirmed funds have been taken microsoft.

has else had issue?

any idea how can resolve this?

microsoft community (formerly answers) has no influence on xbox or xbox live
