Blu Win HD LTE does not detect UIM 2 SIM 2 when JIO sim is inserted in - Microsoft Community

greetings!

i upgraded blu win hd lte windows 10 os build 10.0.14393.576.

now when power on device jio 4g sim inserted in sim slot 1, , cellular service provider's 4g sim in slot 2, jio sim registers on jio network, not other provider's sim, i.e. message pops saying uim not detected, , says modify "global" settings in network settings... don't see such settings on phone.

i've tried everything........ switching sims, switching data roaming options, switching automatic network search manual , selecting csp manually in list, nothing works.

i did manually set apn jionet , set default connection data, i.e. sim 1 used data connection, , when did that, precisely when global setting need changed message pops up, except not see called global settings on phone.

this peculiar behavior happens when jio sim inserted, other sim works on 1g, 2g,3g , 4g, know phone's network  module not @ hardware fault.

i know 4g coverage available sim 2 provider @ times i've tested sim 2 several times both in same phone , in other phones full strength available.

as jio's volte app not available windows phones 10, rely on data connection stay current, no voice service available on chip, there no volte app yet available.

if anyone is kind enough to research a solution windows  phone eternally grateful! ;)
