Lumia 430 cannot unlock from network - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have got unlock code network enable me use different sim card. every time enter code 10th digit , phone freezes up. enter button turns dark grey , keypad becomes unresponsive. not issue hardware since if i press button works fine , when same place in code unlock sim. ideas?
