My Lumia 950XL screen goes black, then the phone gets extremely hot - Microsoft Community

occasionally (several times per week), lumia 950xl screen flicker black , freeze with the black screen.  if i soft reset phone, resets fine, though microsd card not read in case, turn phone off, take card out, put in, turn phone on , fine.  if nothing when screen goes black, phone (mostly screen) gets extremely hot , drains battery within matter of minutes.  gets hot burn me if touching me. i plug in, reset phone, , it's fine.  has overheated maybe 3 times in last 6 months, last time overheated, didn't notice not on person.  when found it, plugged in, , turned phone on, noticed of the phone didn't sit flush body anymore.  turns out last time happened, caused battery bulge out.  believe software issue because exchanged previous 950xl due issue, , new phone too.  have experience this? 

it seems phone isn't responding expected. can try troubleshooting steps provided in article if phone still randomly reboots, freezes, or if screen blank.

alternatively, may visit nearest service center in area have device thoroughly checked.
