update to Windows 10, version 1607 failed to install - Microsoft Community


i have tried 15 times install update.  goes through download, install , when computer reboots comes screen asks language keyboard using.  select , boom.........  fails , asks shut down.  restores original , goes on.  bad part takes on hour download update...  ideas because update never going installed........

i have

hp pavilion p6320y desktop pc

model #: ay748aa

any appreciated......

when put version on post needs 15007 1607 on builds quite awhile.

if run winver.exe should see image below no red arrows.
