Videos (Youtube, Netflix, Amazon - on Edge and Explorer, and - Microsoft Community


since last windows update, video playback no longer working.  videos blurry , zoomed in.  when checked flash, it's saying it's not enabled, despite being enabled in advanced settings of edge.  playback working fine on chrome, netflix app wont work either.  i've been reading 'click run', , says click jigsaw icon.  well that'd great if there 1 on of these sites/apps.

is there way of fixing it, or time switch apple?  really not helpful in last week of college, when have videos need watch.

based on description provided, need determine cause of issue. having said that, know more concern. kindly answer following:

  • any changes made on computer prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • are getting error messages when trying play videos? if so, can send screenshot? note: please not include personal information.
