please cannot download app or update try solution on both phones lumia. 430, 540 different accounts belong me , sister nothing work please on windows 10 ,

have tried reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts let know how go or if need more rgds roy
