hi can't send , receive messages on facebook messenger i'm using lumia 520

hi,

the issue on app can attributed lot of factors. ensure apply correct response it, can provide following information?

  • which windows version have on phone?
  • have made recent changes on phone prior incident(such installing new app, upgrading phone)?
  • do encounter error codes when attempting send message on app?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far address issue?
