I can’t hear any sound when connecting Windows 10 Mobile LUMIA - Microsoft Community


i can’t hear sound (message , messeger , e-mail e.t.c. ) when connecting windows 10 mobile lumia 730 dual sim  to headphones after upgrade mobile windows 8.1 windows 10.

the sound can hear headphones when calls mobile.

is possible me ?
