a site visited yesterday said browser wasn't latest version , stopped me accessing many of pages. here's shows:
i checked update history in settings , kb3203621 isn't shown there.
i searched , found technet article that linked me >> article <<. says
"this update available through microsoft update. when turn on automatic updating, update downloaded , installed automatically. more information how security updates automatically, see "turn on automatic updating in control panel" section of safety , security centre article". link s&sc article doesn't work - "page not found".
so searched forum , found recent thread. there's link there how repair ie link doesn't work!
so have 2 questions:
(1) did automatic update fail? this kb should have been delivered on december 13th 1 of many wu's screwed around time did cause problem?
(2) should now, please?

no, listing leaves lot desired. ie part of windows, whenever there's cumulative update windows 10, includes latest update ie11. update history shows kb3206632 made after 2 false starts, , about ie screenshot shows have latest version.

nothing. website claims you're not date wrong, reasons robert aldwinckle has given.
there websites use htlm5 features aren't (yet?) implemented in ie11, you'd have use edge view pages. came across @ 1 of favourite sites last week:
at least that's honest, informative error message, not 'browser version' 1 seeing.
as robert asked, give url of the site couldn't browse if want (i.e. him) investigate reason.
