Sync Error || OneDrive & OneNote - Microsoft Community

hello community members,

this hardik ahmedabad, india , i'm big windows fanatic all.

so starting issue use lumia 630 dual sim primary phone , use samsung galaxy s6 edge windows apps installed in it. few days have edited file onedrive in word mobile s6 edge. work done without glitches , file saved wih changes made.

everything fine today when tried accessing file lumia 630 showed error saying "you don't have permission download file. help, try contacting person manages site."

i found error strange reset office , onedrive , tried accessing same file again , i'm still getting same error. error suspicious made me conscious checked onenote , found been more 24 onenote in lumia 630 has stopped syncing. when forced sync got error error code 80004005. tried resetting onenote again of no use onedrive. 

basically unable sync onedrive , onenote in lumia 630 whereas working fine in s6 edge.

i thankful if me issue.

ps. other microsoft services working fine​except onedrive , onennote. have tried soft reset.
