numbers blocked, , people have phones set not except blocked numbers. call doesn't go through. @ all!

phone tile/ 3 dots (...) / settings / show number either [{my contacts } or {everyone}]

do check setting remains have found after powering off can change!

additionally many years ago network determine if had instructed them withhold number not affect phone settings, need show callerid on @ network able @ set differently on phone
