having updated phone (through reset remove details) in order sell it, can download  watsapp app store not run, after selecting icon, phone pauses while , goes desktop.

do have ideas phone useless.

 

hi,

some apps may not run or launch once , after phone has been updated windows 10, though updated or have been newly installed. such scenarios, suggest perform a soft reset serves prolong reboot phone. afterwards, check again if app can open. may access store , again if there available updates.
