Why both sim cards have stopped in my Lumia 640 XL? - Microsoft Community

i've used micro sim card 3g/2g flat rate , 1 same operator make calls.
i'm under wp 10 , updated. 
for me, both sim cards have stopped. in cellular menu +sim, cannot find sim cards. 
indeed, displayed in grey sim 1 setting , sim card one, , same sim 2.
i cant put phone in plane mode, , have restart device. works fine time , and restarts again.
ive changed internet sim card, problem persists. ive permuted sim cards,,, same.

what must ? change device ? sim cards ? or other thing

seems issue phone software tried changing sim card, same issue. better assist phone issues, please answer following questions:

• have tried inserting sim card in phone isolate issue?
• did change or update in phone settings before issue happened?
• how did restart phone?
