WiFi on phone seems not to work - Microsoft Community


dear whom may concern,

i user of microsoft lumia 640 lte , feel though phone connected wifi, of social app, namely 6tag , whatsapp not able operate , refreshed, other apps facebook , internet explorer seems working normally, there way solve problem? store seems not working, has warning of cannot connect.

may connection since works ok on apps. try different wi-fi network test see if change makes difference.
