Windows BLU phone wont turn on, just keeps vibrating - Microsoft Community

my blu win jr lte  wont turn on. screen gets stuck @ windows logo, after 20-30 sec screen goes blank vibrates , again gets stuck @ windows logo. same thing keeps repeating.

i have tried:

1. resetting phone holding volume , power button , selecting reboot/ pressing reset button @ of phone above battery. 

2. connecting pc (pc fails connect/detect phone).

3. charging phone 3 different chargers.

the battery built-in , undeatchable.

we suggest hard resetting phone has different sequence on buttons press. follow these steps how hard reset:

1. press , hold volume down button + power button @ same time until feel vibration in 3-5 seconds.
2. once feel vibration, let go of both volume down button + power button , press volume down button until see large exclamation mark , show after blu logo.
3. press following 4 buttons in order:

• volume button
• volume down button
• power button
• volume down button

your phone should reset , restart itself. may take while reset finish.
