youtube videos are not playing in internet explorer 11 or edge - Microsoft Community


youtube videos not playing in internet explorer , edge.  video show black screen white circle spinning.  tried reset internet options, clear catch, history.   

i noticed same in internet explore, edge, , browsers trident engine,  ie. maxthon, baidu browser.......  websites rottentomatoes,  movie trailer flash not play, the trailer open show a warning sign square in middle , black screen. 

those video play fine in chrome, firefox.

how solve problem??
