Cannot edit on office for mac with my student account - Microsoft Community


hi, student , have license office 365 student edition. using macbook air , not seem allow me edit documents use before. rather, keeps showing this. (refer attached screenshot 1)

additionally, every time try sign in different account, come up. (refer attached screenshot 2)

based on situation, suggest follow steps below check whether problem persists.

 

  1. open finder > applications > utilities > keychain access
  2. search adfs in right upper corner below.
  3. delete search results.

 

then open finder > click go on top menu bar> go folder> input following path: ~/library/group containers/

right click each folder, , click move trash.
