Downloading Apps from the store - Microsoft Community


dear team,

i'm trying download application windows 10 store, not downloading. when click on see details, wrote error code 0x80072f8f.

i tried clean cash using command wsreset.exe not working , nothing happened.

please me solve issue asap.

we suggest try these methods resolve concern.

method 1: running modern ui app troubleshooter.

download , run modern ui app troubleshooter on link.

method 2: setting correct date , time.

  1. press windows key , type, "date , time".
  2. click on date , time.
  3. click change date , time button , set correct date.
  4. click apply and ok save date , time.

you may click on time zone tab check time-zone.

if issue continues, feel free reply thread.
