while trying update windows 10 insider current build . 1 online solutions disable startup programs. rebooted , got picture , couldn't thereafter. tried various ways reboot. nothing worked. how can enable startups? thankyou

could tell startup apps disabled , how did it? merely disabling that's in task manager should not prevent starting normally. there no test @ on screen? keyboard responding? kind of machine.?
