How do I let a site know where I am if I've told my phone to never - Microsoft Community

i have windows 8.1 nokia lumia 635. in past, i must have told not remember lived there site uses pin closest location. i'd reverse this. stored somewhere in phone can undo deleting or how can fix thing?
i've searched entire phone settings , come empty how this. searched site , doesn't give me option.

help?

i did click on same email on computer , popped line down @ bottom wanting 'track location'. 1 computer @ home. wonder if same phone , fix issue when view site on phone?

to clear cache , cookies internet explorer 11, may follow steps below:

1. select tools (via gear icon) > safety > delete browsing history....

note: can access menu holding ctrl + shift + delete.

2. make sure uncheck preserve favorites website data , check both temporary internet files , cookies click delete.

3.you confirmation @ bottom of window once has cleared cache , cookies.
