Login to Suddenlink account or online email issue - Microsoft Community


when attempting login my account or email on suddenlink.com webpage or start suddenlink.net homepage, "there's problem website's security certificate". suddenlink tech support said don't think it's there problem.

i've reset modem , router. i've cleared cache number of times. my outlook 10 works fine , retrieves/sends email should.

to better assist you,  know if have tried accessing web page different web browser?

you may follow these steps on how uncheck check server certification revocation under internet options in internet explorer:

  1. open internet explorer.
  2. click gear icon in upper-right corner of screen.
  3. select internet options.
  4. click  advanced tab.
  5. under settings, locate , uncheck check server certification revocation box.
  6. click apply, ok.
