Lumia motion data / lumia 640 - Microsoft Community

hi, cant reinstall lumia motion app, on lumia 640

i had uninstalled since not counting steps on fitbit app. 

i went store, try hard find app, , beyond says it's compatible windows10mobile, says not compatible device. 

try download it, either worked. 

i have installed build 14393.393 on phone.

what solutions can get, without doing hard reset, stressful do.

with regard concern, can send screenshot of os build? seems build 14393.393 not listed on windows 10 , windows server 2016 update history.
