Outlook Mail and Calendar Crashes - Microsoft Community


outlook mail crashes after splash screen. soft , hard reset did not solve issue, i'm running latest app on both lumia 550 , windows 10 laptop. issue present on both platforms. calendar part works fine on mobile. after searching on net found if in reading options "don't show text preview" enabled crash happens. still issue. thoughts?

i can not offer suggestions because both devices have problem.  maybe folks @ outlook.com forum have suggestions.
