Short battery life, overheating, and constant restarts and shutdowns - Microsoft Community

since installing first creators update build in phone, battery life lasts no more 2 hours; phone overheats; restarts no apparent reason constantly; when not restarting, crashes constantly, requiring hard reset turn on.  of these issues solved if phone kept plugged in charger or battery bank.  none of subsequent builds have fixed these issues, though documented in feedback hub.

is working solve these issues?  spent lot of money 6 months after these problems started on phone and, is, not reliable device if cannot use @ least through out day.  useless phone far, , in weeks since problems started no 1 @ microsoft has addressed them publicly nor given dates fixes.

i need answers decide if should keep waiting or discard phone , change competition.  patience running low these days.

sounds 950xl have read same problem many times funny if wasn't effecting many people in such torturous way if rollback previous os working , cut loses thing microsoft has given windows device recovery tool luck rgds roy
